Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Times

• In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

• Preorder items ship within 7-14 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

• Once shipped, USPS delivery times may vary. While most packages arrive within their estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur that are beyond our control.

Package Insurance

• All packages are insured for up to $100.

• If the value of your package exceeds $100 (excluding shipping & tax), we will cover the additional insurance cost to ensure full coverage.

Tracking & Order Updates

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is delayed, please allow extra time, as USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Turquoise Lamb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement once the package has been shipped.

If your order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it to the correct address.
