NO REFUNDS – STORE CREDIT ONLY
At The Turquoise Lamb, we do not issue refunds. Eligible returns may receive store credit only after the item has been received and inspected. Please review the full policy below before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and/or packaging.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:

• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Pre-orders
• Mystery Boxes
• The Lamb Club | Monthly Subscription Boxes
Store Credit
• We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible returns will receive store credit only.
• Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
• You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item).
• We must receive the return within 10 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges to be processed.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
